How do I login and view my courses? 
Easy! Visit thebasicsuniversity.com/login, enter your username and password, and then once you’re inside your account, visit “My Library” from the top right corner. 

What if I lost my password?
Simply visit thebasicsuniversity.com/login and click the small orange link that says “Forgot your password?” You’ll need to enter your email address and then hit the orange button that says “Send me instructions.” 

Can I purchase a single course? 
Yes, we offer all the courses on a "name your own price" fee structure.

Do you offer group pricing for churches, small groups, businesses?
Yes, contact [email protected] for more information.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time (although we hope you don’t!). Simply login at thebasicsuniversity.com/login and manage your account under “settings” in the top right corner.

Can I view my courses via mobile?
Some of our courses work well with your mobile browser, while others do not. We’re looking into how to update this!
