How do I login and view my courses? 
Easy! Visit thebasicsuniversity.com/login, enter your username and password, and then once you’re inside your account, visit “My Library” from the top right corner. 

What if I lost my password?
Simply visit thebasicsuniversity.com/login and click the small orange link that says “Forgot your password?” You’ll need to enter your email address and then hit the orange button that says “Send me instructions.” 

Can I purchase a single course? 
Right now, we are offering access to EVERY course we offer for FREE! 

Do you offer group pricing for churches, small groups, businesses?
Everything is FREE for individuals, small groups, churches or business groups. Enjoy!

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time (although we hope you don’t!). Simply login at thebasicsuniversity.com/login and manage your account under “settings” in the top right corner. 

Can I make a donation to help underwrite the costs associated with The Basics University?
Absolutely. Just go to: https://www.thebasicswithbeth.com/donate - your generosity helps us make these courses available for FREE.

Can I view my courses via mobile?
Some of our courses work well with your mobile browser, while others do not. We’re looking into how to update this! But, you can always view every course in a mobile-friendly way by downloading the free Kajabi app from your phone’s app store and logging in with your username/password for The Basics University. This is an easy way to get mobile access!
